These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 888fw platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out below.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use the 888fw platform. Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits clear within five minutes. Withdrawals are processed 24/7 subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met. Abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 888fw platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet both of these requirements.
2.2 888fw strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
2.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 888fw platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 888fw accepts no liability in connection with such access.
2.4 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 888fw and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register or maintain a player account, or to participate in any promotion offered on the platform.
2.5 888fw reserves the right to decline account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
3.1 To access the Services, you must create a single, personal 888fw account using accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile number.
3.2 One account per person. You may hold only one registered account on the 888fw platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under false identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Balances.
3.3 You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or result in account suspension.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 888fw login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 888fw will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.5 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 888fw support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending verification.
3.6 888fw reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity.
4.1 Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This is a one-time requirement for all 888fw accounts.
4.2 KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
4.3 Documents must be submitted in their original format — cropped, edited, or obscured images will not be accepted. 888fw processes KYC submissions within one (1) business day of receiving complete documentation.
4.4 888fw may request additional documentation at any time in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.
4.5 All KYC documents are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are not shared with third parties except as required by law or regulatory obligation.
5.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on 888fw are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to transactions processed through Indonesian payment channels.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet payments via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 Deposit processing. Deposits are credited to your account balance within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt. 888fw is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.5 Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered under the same name as the 888fw account.
5.6 Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed on a 24/7 basis. Standard processing time is under five (5) minutes for verified accounts. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to two (2) hours. 888fw does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
5.7 Wagering requirements. If your account holds an active Bonus Balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal of Real Money Balance is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the promotion terms attached to each bonus.
5.8 888fw reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
6.1 888fw offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 888fw promotions:
6.3 888fw reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before they have claimed the bonus, the player will not be entitled to receive the offer.
6.4 Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including, but not limited to, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting any error in a promotion — will have their bonuses voided and may have their account permanently closed.
6.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account. Existing players are not eligible to re-register in order to claim a welcome offer.
7.1 All bets and game outcomes on the 888fw platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for casino and slot games, and by official real-world event results for sportsbook markets. 888fw does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. Bets are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which they are placed.
7.3 Sportsbook. Odds are subject to change before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. In the event of an obvious pricing error (manifest error), 888fw reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
7.4 Live betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to the state of play at the time of acceptance. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or phase has been determined will be voided.
7.5 888fw reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet or game at its discretion. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or market interface.
7.6 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or bet in progress, 888fw will investigate and resolve the matter based on the game server logs. The outcome recorded on the server is considered final. If the system cannot determine the correct outcome, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the player's balance.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888fw platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 888fw employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Upon detection, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit all balances (including Real Money Balances), and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.3 888fw cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations relating to fraud, financial crime, and other prohibited activities conducted through the platform.

10.1 All content on the 888fw platform — including but not limited to the 888fw brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of 888fw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 888fw platform without our prior written consent.
11.1 The 888fw platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its Services.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888fw and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failure.
11.3 888fw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Voluntary closure. You may close your 888fw account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable KYC requirements are satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
12.2 Suspension by 888fw. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
12.3 Permanent closure by 888fw. Following investigation, 888fw may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, all balances — including Real Money Balances — may be forfeited.
12.4 Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 8, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply.
13.1 888fw reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the 888fw platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 888fw recommends checking this page each time you log in to stay informed of any changes.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 888fw is licensed to operate.
14.2 The parties agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and 888fw support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
